a) dal giorno di prenotazione fino a 4 settimane prima dell?arrivo, siete tenuti a pagare soltanto un indennizzo per le spese di gestione pari a € 30,- per ciascuna camera prenotata;
b) da 27 a 14 giorni prima dell?arrivo, si applicherà una penale di € 80,- per ciascuna camera prenotata.
c) da 13 a 7 giorni prima dell?arrivo, la penale ammonta al costo di 1 notte per ciascuna camera prenotata;
d) nei 6 giorni precedenti l?arrivo, sarete tenuti a versare un corrispettivo pari al costo di 3 pernottamenti in caso di soggiorni fino a 7 notti o di 7 pernottamenti in caso di soggiorni più lunghi.
e) nelle 24 ore precedenti l?arrivo, in caso di no-show e in caso di anticipata partenza, siete tenuti a pagare l?intero periodo prenotato.

Bei Stornierung oder no-show:
a) ab Reservierungstag bis 4 Wochen vor Urlaubsantritt zahlen Sie nur ein Bearbeitungsgebühr von € 30,- pro gebuchtes Zimmer.
b) zwischen 27 und 14 Tage vor Urlaubsantritt zahlen Sie Stornogebühr für € 80,- pro gebuchtes Zimmer.
c) zwischen 13 und 7 Tage vor Urlaubsantritt berechnen wir die Kosten einer Nacht pro gebuchtes Zimmer.
d) zwischen 6 und 2 Tage vor Urlaubsantritt berechnen wir die Kosten von 3 Nächte für Reservierungen bis 7 Nächte oder 7 Nächte für längeren Reservierungen.
e) Sollte Ihre Absage innerhalb 24 Stunden vor Urlaubsantritt wird die ganze gebuchte Aufenthalt berechnet. Das gilt auch für eventuelle frühere Abreise.

In case of cancellation advised:
a) from reservation?s day to 4 weeks before arrival date, you have to pay only an operation cost indemnity of € 30,- for every booked room.
b) between 27 and 14 days before arrival date, you have to pay a penalty of € 80,- for every booked room.
